Introduction:
The Animal Experiment Center of the Quality Management Department was established in January 2009 to provide services for ensuring the safety of production, inspection of biological products, and development of biotechnology for the company. It also undertakes the company's SPF chicken incubation and large-scale clean animal experiments. This center is a three story single building with a total area of nearly 6000 square meters. There are 13 animal breeding rooms with a barrier system, 108 negative pressure isolators, 17 positive pressure isolators, three incubators, one hatching device, and four large double flying high-voltage units. - Emphasizing team building and clear work objectives: Since the establishment of the animal center, combined with the characteristics of relatively young employees, we have proposed the "; There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team” Slogan: In the short term of 2009, we aim to become a civilized team in the company, and in the long term, we aim to create the best animal experiment center in China. We should always put people first in our work and establish a harmonious environment and atmosphere
- Organization of the entire chapter, positioning of positions, and assigning responsibilities to individuals: With the care of company leaders, we have continuously explored and improved in our practical work. From scratch, the Animal Center has developed a management general chapter, 28 management systems, 24 operating procedures and standards, and has redefined the charging standards for animal experiments at Weike Company. Give full play to the work enthusiasm of young people, and implement horizontal and vertical cooperation among employees to improve their job skills. The use of equipment and items, from isolators and washing machines to ladders, is fully responsible to individuals. The doors, windows, glass, bathroom mirrors, and elevator hygiene and safety are all in place, with a one-year operational equipment usage intact rate of over 98%. (Attached with pictures)
- Create star rated services and establish a window image: All employees should be polite and civilized towards external laboratory personnel, and it is required to have a sound when coming and going. The feeding work was warm and considerate, and the welfare work of experimental animals was well done. At 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. every day, we played 1 hour of music to the experimental animals respectively. When the experimental animals were dedicated to scientific research, we also made them die in the music and played another hour of music, creating a precedent for the treatment of experimental animal welfare of Vico. Received widespread praise from personnel from the China Animal Protection Association and external laboratory personnel. Received acceptance from leaders and experts from relevant national, provincial, and municipal departments, and GPM personnel visited and studied multiple times, comprehensively showcasing the service concept of the animal experiment center.
